Ode - a lyric poem usually marked by exaltation of feeling and style, varying length of line, and complexity of stanza forms.

Over the course of the weeks, I have watched Toyota's plight as customers screamed and sought out a fight
Not understanding that every one and every thing makes mistakes, not understanding when lives are at stake
Fall of a Dynasty?
There is a time and a season for every one and ever thing, is Toyota a lifetime or just a fling
Reliable for years, hearing customer cheers, could one mistake made cause a lifetime of tears
Pillars of hope, the Toyota Way, too many good deeds to cause so much dismay
Competitors Gloat.
Many enjoy watching other's fall, not understanding that it is not their fall that makes them stand tall
Back to the Core.
Kaizen has been the name of the game, respect for product, customers,
and those that comprise the Toyota name
What to do now when under so much scrutiny, what to do now to battle the mutiny
Go back to the core and remember why you came,
Go back to the core and remember the symbolic meaning of the Toyota name
When all else fails, only time will tell
Because for every one and every thing there is a season and for everything there is poignant reason
Face the music, charge the course, get back up on up on your symbolic horse
Move forward, is the name of your game, live up to your historical name
Communication will be key during this critical time, that AND having respect for those that will cover your symbolic behind
From every corner of the company, from every worker as far as the eye can see
Band together and show respect, band together and turn the tides of neglect
Because for every one and every thing there is a season and for everything there is a poignant reason
